Firstly, you must have bought a new motorhome? Congrats!!! Can't wait to see it.
To answer your question, Curt only knows where to get new wheels. He suggests Stockton Wheel (CT) or California Wheel (San Jose, CA). Both of these companies have online sites and, I suspect, you can get quotes from them that way. Good luck!!

Thanks Kelly, can't wait to use it...horrible time to buy. Prices are better in the winter but, I've been looking at it sitting in the driveway since Dec! And it's killing me. Thanks for the info, see you at the meeting G

Frank Mauro Jr. Owner of SW has passes away. Many buggy wheels have been built by their shop over the years. Spoke to him on Monday on my wheels still at their shop. Plan B.

Hello I just read your post.I had three rims made by stockton 3 years ago for my p30 gm( winn, brave) and I had tires mounted on the rims.I never used them, every time we planed to go the race was closed so we decided to sell the motor home and by a trailer.Anyways the reason I am posting to you is I am going to sell them(try). If you are interested make me an offer, and I can get more info and pics. for you.I paid around 300 per rim and 150 each for the tires.

Hello, I am looking for some advice on getting my Class C 28 Foot GM based Dutchmen Motor Home onto the beach at Sandy Neck.
I tried last week and got stuck on access trail. I got mixed advice on tire pressure. I have dual tires on back. I ended up lowering fronts to 25PSI and backs only to 40 PSI. Let me explain why. I was told by the "ranger" that I should not lower them to a point where the sidewalls of each tire touch. He indicated this was dangerous and would damage tires. So I got down to 40PSI and they were just barely touching so I stopped.
Does anyone with a MH have any advice on
1 - Is it ok to let the dual tires touch if I got below 40PSI to the recommended 18PSI?
2 - Is there a certain type of rim/tire that I need to get through?
3 - Is it possible that the length and weight (12 tons unloaded) of the vehicle precludes it from making it onto the beach.
4 - Is it ok to have sand touch the underbelly of the MH getting via the access trail. I noticed while being stuck that there was sand on the front tire tire-rods and the sand was within 1 inch of touching the gas tank on the rear. Maybe my Rig is just too low to make it and lowering tire pressure more would just make it worse.
Any advice from people with other Class C's or Class A MH's is greatly appreciated. I am on the fence whether it's worth pursuing this or just giving up this idea.
Thanks Chuck

Chuck,
From my experience your tire pressure is way to high. I've a 24' class c with 16" tires. 245's on the front and I lower them to 12lbs all around and usually do not have a problem on Race Point.
