Hi, Checking in for this years stickers. They are issuing them this Wed? correct? 4/10? I used to have all the equipment, but wanted to check with the regulars of what is needed. I have tow rope, jack (stock), shovel, jack stand (wood planks), tire deflators. Have I forgotten anything??

Matching spare tire and pressure gauge that reads down to 5psi.
What beach are you getting a permit for?

Oh yeah, have that too.. I wasn't sure if need a non-stock jack, but found it can be stock, just have the planks.
Will be there in the morning! which beach? the national seashore permit, but will most likely go to race point the most this summer.
Hopefully see some there! JP

Wow,
I was really surprised. I went yesterday (Wed), not expecting it to be like it was in 05", but somewhat of a line. I got there @ 9am (they opened at 8), and there was NOBODY...Someone had just left. I thought I had the wrong day, but the guard came out and did the checklist and inspection, and passed with flying colors! Watched the 20yr old video, and signed on line #14. Funny, I think in 05' I was like the high 200's, at least...I just hope enough of the beach is open this season to enjoy a few days out there. On a sour note, after I got the permit, I just parked next door at the regular lot to go to the beach. Actually saw some whales breach, but, as I was down near the berm crest, I found a water bottle, someone had just recently left! I could tell it wasn't that old, and there were footprints around so must have just missed the people, but what a nerve!
Cant wait to get out on there, hopefully weekend after next!
