SPECIAL CONSERVATION PROJECT NOTICE The Town of Dennis has asked for our help in installing symbolic fencing on Crowes Pasture Beach which has to be done prior to April 1st., looking at the calendar the only day we have available is March 29th. which is one weekend before the regular projects start, we would like to have a good turnout to impress on them that we really do care about our beaches, and want to continue ORV access at Crowes and Chapin. The regularly scheduled Chapin beach project on April 12th will still go, on but the tide will be high that morning so it may be just a beach clean-up. They have graciously offered the parking lot at Cold Storage beach as a holding area if you would like to arrive on Friday night and camp out, Bill Correia made a site visit last weekend and determined that it is a beautiful beach and the parking lot will work fine and is located in a beautiful area minutes from Crowes Pasture. As a small reward those that come to the project a special patch will be awarded at Spring Meet. Peter Murray, MBBA Conservation Chairman

We had a great project this past Saturday at Crowe's Pasture in Dennis, 40 volunteers came out to help install delineation posts and rope on Crowe's Pasture beach, for most of us it was the first time we had seen this beach, which we found to be beautiful and very clean. I'd like to thank our President Bill Correia, VP Jim Conboy, and Donny McCorrison for arranging the food and cooking lunch, the first hot dogs of the season tasted great! And of course thank you to all the wonderful volunteers for making this new project a success. Peter Murray Conservation Chairman
