Walk-On Night Fishing Starts July 28th
Beginning Monday, July 28th, the refuge will start issuing night walk-on fishing permits. Initially, night time fishing will be limited to the section of ocean beach that is currently open to the public and accessible via the Lot 1 boardwalk. There is a $10 fee for the permit, which may be obtained at the refuge entrance station (when staffed) and refuge headquarters (M-F, 8:30-4:00). Permit applicants must provide proof of possessing a current state saltwater license (issued by MA, NH, CT, or RI).
