Good day ! After many nights of climbing into the cabover of the Amerigo I have purchased a new to me 1997 four winds 29' class c. I need to get new tires and was wondering what size tires you run on the beach.
Thanks

Bob,
If you have 16" tires 245's on the front and the stock 225's on the rear work just fine. We have a 28Z Four Winds and do just fine on Race Point. Just have to learn what pressure works best for you. We have been running at 15lbs, found 18lbs made the front plow a bit and the rears hopped.

Jim Hi Bob, I'm new to MBB and as always I have million questions. My 1st is not very specific. I need to buy new tires for my RV and I read that the OSV office claims. Rear tires with a "greater than profile >" P215/70R15 and front LT245/70R16. Do I need to get 15" wheels or just get some good new rubber LT225/75R 16 for the rears? I understand the "wider" profile 245 fronts would be idea. It is just the smaller diameter rears and the thin profile is confusing. I understand that I don't want the rears to touch each other. Perhaps P215/75R16 for the rear might be a good choice? Or I could go with LT215/85R16 dual rear and LT245/75R16 for the front, they match in diameter pretty fair. Thanks for your time,
