Can't recall where I got mine, been a long time. BUT, you will likely need two. Usually the ones that will do 80 are not to accurate at 5 and visa versa. Happy Hunting.

Yea, I've noticed that most of the ones that go up above 60 don't show as much detail on the lower side. Could you try that link again? I click on it but it just takes me to the JC Whitney homepage. I have a battery powered one that came from SEARS, I like it but use deflators to get the air out so I never really check the low end as the deflators are preset.
